This is a great disease, but doesn't really follow the lore of SCP-217. It (mainly) increases the function of the human body through clock work, and killing it wouldn't make much sense. It almost never kills its hosts, and if it does, it's by accident.

I think that that one phrase in one of the pop-ups, "the Doomsday Clock is ticking", specifically, was another SCP Foundation reference. Note: Also, play Containment Breach and get more into the Foundation's lore. It's freaking awesome. Note No. Two: Yep, I definitely think that phrase I referred to earlier is a reference. There's a new SCP which had their number designated as 3662. Its nickname is "The Doomsday Clock". It temporarily shuts down a person's neural workings when they make skin contact with it and then, a few moments later, reactivates their brain functions, making them think that they are the person that made contact with it before the person that most recently touched it in the process.
