I might have this incorrect but here’s what I think the gameplay is: TRANSMISSION(Self-Explanatory): Email attachment is obviously your main infectivity source. Emails travel through the wifi connections, so it can be represented as your Air Transmission. Government Infiltration is access to the online trade, communication, and cross-infiltration of other countries. This can be represented in game as Water Transmission Windows and Mac compatibility are your transmission in more urban and rural countries, a.k.a Rodent Transmission and Livestock/Bird Transmission. It helps you get into different regions with different types of mass-produced computers. SYMPTOMS(How Virus Affects Infected Computers): Information Gathering is stealing the information on the computer to gain DNA through severity. Ingame this can(maybe) be represented by your low-tier symptoms for early severity for high midgame DNA. File Deletion is obviously your lethality option, what actually kills off the computer little by little. Ingame these are your lethal symptoms such as Coma, Total Organ Failure, Dysentery and Hemorrhagic Shock. I might be 100% off about this but De-Encryption to me looks like your “harder to cure” symptoms such as Insomnia and Paralysis, Insanity etc. Accessing the GUI gives you access to everything the user does on their computer and can allow you to manually disable their antivirus systems. Auto-Patching is further update of the virus with external code strings. This is mutation chance without a doubt, none more said. ABILITIES(Region & Market Gain): Western & Eastern Market Optimizations are your Heat and Cold resistances. Helpful for entering the regions using these said markets/climates. Anti-Virus Overriding is your Drug Resistance, Genetic Hardening & ReShuffles. Please correct me about any of this that I’m wrong about. This is just what I think it can be represented by, and is not proven factual in any way. The creator obviously had their intentions.

I've never even played Plague Inc and I could tell what Windows and Mac compatibilities and auto-patching did. Windows and Mac compatibilities were clearly urban and rural transmission, and based on the jump in Russia as soon as you unlocked the second level of Mac compatibility that was the one you needed... and yet you kept maxing out air transmission when all your airlines were already infected. Le sigh. Auto-patching said, and I quote, "UPDATES ITSELF WITH CODE FROM [wherever it was updating itself from]." If it's updating itself, it's changing, therefore auto-patching was mutation chance. AUUUUGH!

I suggest doing some research into said future custom scenario virus' before trying to infect the entire world in the future. It'd give you more of a better idea of what to look out for and what you're meant to be doing. These custom scenario's seem much different in terms of just keeping your severity/detectability down and making sure you don't get put on a watch list so quickly in future. That said, with these custom scenarios, the game seems to change drastically, so maybe familiarizing yourself with said custom scenarios could save you a lot of stress when it comes to figuring out what you're supposed to be doing and how you're supposed to combat the world in terms of infecting and destroying the world. Other then that, I'm still enjoying this series a lot and I admire your tenacity in jumping in head first and figuring it all out by yourself - making it much more interesting. :) Great job so far, Pravus. Keep it up.

The auto patcher makes the virus a, self aware virus. And it also can make mutations evolve randomly. Meaning good. By the Pravus, when the patcher 3 evolved. That's what caused infectivity to rapidly increase.

Apple is great for people with basic electronic desires (Mainly people that only use their phone or computer for social media) that also have a good amount of extra income. At this point, Windows and Linux can do almost everything a Mac can, better than the Mac. Usually it is also easier. Not to mention cheaper.

The "Apple is good for work" argument is becoming obsolete. More and more of the Mac only applications are getting Windows and Linux versions, and Microsoft is coming out with more and more tools to help with the art based areas that Apple dominated over. At this point, you can do almost everything a Mac can on a Windows or Linux computer better than the Mac.
