God the way Data goes for the kill at the end even though Lore is no longer an immediate threat! And even going through Riker to do it! It reminds me a lot of when he tried to kill Kivas Fajo at the end of "The Most Toys", because he knew that leaving him alive would only cause more death in the long run. And Lore crying when he's about to stab his brother! Because he really does love Data in a fucked up way, even if he doesn't want to.
