Salt - as required
Biryani masala - 1 teaspoon
Cardamom - 3
Cinnamon - 2 small
Cloves - 3
Bay leaves - 1
Star anise - 1
Mint leaves - handful
Coriander leaves - few
Green chili - 2
Oil - 25 ml
Ghee - 2 tablespoons
Ginger garlic paste - 1 and 1/2 tablespoons
Evaporated or fresh milk - 1/2 cup
Saffron - 4 to 5 strands
Water - 3 tablespoons
