I live in Texas, so snow is a rare occurrence. Because of that, I love the snow. During Thanksgiving, we went to Colorado and were lucky enough to see snow. I remember waking up one morning and the whole place was blanketed in snow. I woke up my little boys and their faces were priceless. They had so much fun playing and sledding in the snow.

LOVE LOVE LOVE. It’s such a shame polar bears are slowly losing their homes. I started learning about them in college when I took a marine biology class. It’s so amazing how many beautiful creatures we have. That’s part of one of my resolutions this year, to take a moment and enjoy nature as it is.

I didn't think you could top your Northern Lights theme, but oohhh my goodness! This is so beautiful. That Prussian blue is so incredibly beautiful on its own! I had no idea! Many people just mix it with other colors, so I didn't see it natural until now (snowflake emoji here lol). Love how you went with happy little mistakes when the white started lifting the blue, but the last painting with translucent ice and water was perfect for the technique. And yes to also painting trees with a vertical and tiny horizontal lines XD I really believe you're going to keep improving within the next year. This year was such a privilege to see you grow in your painting

This theme is just so beautiful, I knew I had to use it in my own bullet journal somehow. As icing on the cake, I have a washi tape set with polar bears in a snowy landscape at nighttime which fits this theme perfectly. It was like a sign from the universe hahaha So yesterday I got my paints out for the first time and recreated it. I had actually never painted before in almost 10 years, so I was expecting it to fail miserably. My paints are also horrible in terms of quality (needed 5 layers just to make the background half as dark as yours and it turns very grainy when it dries). It took me a full day, but in the end it turned out surprisingly pretty and I'm very happy with the result! Thanks for the inspiration! Happy holidays!

I lived on a farm growing up with a bunch of siblings and when it would snow we would grab trash bags and climb to the highest hill and go sledding until we were completely frozen. Another fun fact. Shave a polar bear and you'll find black skin underneath. It helps them absorb as much sunlight as possible to keep warm. The fur is clear to allow the sunlight to reach their skin. Awesome theme!

I grew up in Ohio on the cliff overlooking Lake Erie, about an hour south of London, Ontario. On bright clear days I could look out my bedroom window and see the distant shore. I have lived in the "snow belt" almost all of my life and the first snow of the year will never fail to leave me in awe of nature. I used to love walking out onto the Lake once it had frozen over, imagining I could walk to a new life on the other side, but always turning back to my own familiar shores. I would say most of my life has been lived in the snow. #plantmas2021

SNOW FLAKE TABS! They're so pretty. I love this whole spread, it's perfect for chilly January weather. 🐻❄⛄ #plantmas2021 - We haven't had proper snow here in the UK in years. I miss it. When I was little I loved to go sledging but now that I'm older and a mum, I prefer sitting indoors watching it with a cup of hot chocolate and a warm blanket. Fun Fact: papillae are also found on your cat's tongue! It helps them grip food and lap up water! Oh my god, this theme is absolutely beautiful! I love this wintery vibe with snow and polar bears. They both remind me of winter ( like that’s weird).. but when I think of winter, it reminds me off cosy times, beneath a blanked on the couch, watching a series or movie, reading a book or whatever, surrounded by loved ones. One of my favorite things about Winter is the snow. Where I live we tend to have less snow from year to year which makes me super sad. When I think of polar bears I think of the His Dark Materials series by Philip Pullman, and the polar bear character Iorek Byrnison. I don't know if you've read the series, but Iorek is an incredibly strong and protective character and I think Pullman nailed the essence of polar bears through his interpretation. Your beautiful paintings definitely give off a strong and protective atmosphere! #plantmas2021

This looks so cute! I have to say that I'm not much of a winter person and I don't love snow that much, when I actually have to leave the house. But being inside with a cup of coffee and tea and a good book and looking at a snowy landscape outside makes me feel very cozy. Funny, I tend to always pick a Winter, blue and white theme for January, so this set up is absolutely perfect! Also, since I live in a very sunny city, seeing Snow and experience it is 100% in my bucket list, the classic 'white Christmas' is something I hope one day I'll witness with my own eyes! Every Sunday morning I watch documentaries, and some of my favourites are related to the arctic, how the climate changes are affecting, Polar Bears and penguins, and all the creatures that depend on snow! Sadly, I live in the tropical zone, so we don't experience snow here. But I did thoroughly enjoy the snow when we visited Switzerland, and I absolutely loved it! The polar bear facts were so cool! I have always loved polar bears, and I was fascinated as a kid how they never got cold swimming in the icy water 😆I love this theme, the bluish night sky and the snow an of course mamma and cub!

This is such a cosy setup! I love the contrast between how majestic polar bears look but sometimes they act very silly. I once saw a video about courtship between polar bears and smiled throughout beacuase of the silliness. I live in Sweden where it's dark most of the time during the winter (we get about 6 hours of daylight at best) and the snow really helps to brighten everything up! #plantmas2021

You never fail to impress and this spread is no exception. Where I live we don’t get a lot of snow, but I used to live in Colorado, and it was one of the only times I ever saw a white Christmas. I love that you found out the Inuit word for polar bears and I’ve heard of another you might like - old man in the fur cloak. This one comes from the Sami people! #plantmas2021

Polar bears make me see the element of change that nature drills into us visibly. As a kiddy learning about evolution, the changes in birds was hard to observe. The brown and the white bear evolution though was something I saw and understood. Learning about the white snow bears, the brownish forest bears and the blackish mountain bears blew my mind as a kid. #plantmas2021

I love this theme! I didn’t know most of those things about polar bears.. I especially like how they sleep on their stomachs and how snow can pile on top of them.. I mean, can you imagine sleeping through a blizzard! Also, great quote about snowflakes.. I tell my one year old daughter that snow is when thin diamonds come from the sky. Just loving the snowy night skies in this on their own already! But the momma polar bear with her little one just add that warmth in your heart to contrast with the cold weather, so they definitely steal the show in the end. I live in the Netherlands so there's little chance of me even seeing snow but if it does magically show up around spring or something - which does happen on occasion - I'll be excited regardless

Not only did you do an absolutely beautiful piece of art 🖼 but you also got very creative with the rolling thing (i WILL be subscribing and watching ALL of your videos like it’s a Netflix binge! #plantmas2021 i love snow so much, and winter in general. the entire cozy, fireplace, hot chocolate aesthetic is just gorgeous. watching snow fall onto the ground and seeing it slowly layer up is just wonderful

Wow. Beautiful. I grew up in New England, so I am a snow fanatic. I fondly remember impatiently waiting for the radio to announce a snow day! ⛷Although I have never seen a polar bear in the wild, the documentaries are always interesting. I also love the idea of them greeting each other with nose boops! 🐻‍❄️🐻‍❄️. #plantmas2021

❄️ beautiful as always I’m late to finishing up watching you plantmas. Fun fact polar bears in the wild are cross breeding with Grizzly Bears. Fun to see nature finding a way but scary to see these predators mixing to become a super predator.

Thank you for another wonderful Plan With Me video! #plantmas2021 I‘m fascinated by polar bears and also worried about not only their future, but for so many other species. They live in a comparable sensitive enviroment and it‘s sickening to see what happened to that enviroment in the last roundabout 100 years. I would wish for more people to show more compassion for the enviroment. Regarding snow… I really miss it to have a „real winter“. We had some in the last weeks, and that was rather unusual for early December. It doesn‘t last long, but I enjoyed every second and even went out to just feel it on my skin when it first fell in thick snow flakes. Just magical.

I grew up in Florida, so snow is always so magical to me. I still turn into a little kid every time it snows! I’ve always felt like polar bears are sort of magical. Like they have some kind of connection to nature that nothing else does. #plantmas2021

I think for me it’s the fact that they live such a barren landscape with so few other living things. They’re one of very few land animals that can survive in the harsh arctic climate and they’re so perfectly engineered for it!
