Overall a lousy video. You did not show how to OHM out the circuit breaker nor the image of the broken circuit breaker (button popped out) at the end of the video you didnt show the planer running, esetting the breaker button should be nearly flush which is not the case. You blindiy replace with new parts until the problem is solved like a inept mechankc

I've got a new dewalt 735x planer. The switch keeps tripping and shutting it down even under the lightest amount of load.

So what to do if you've replaced the circuit breaker but it still won't turn on...like it has no juice at all. ?

Thanks...I fixed it by pulling the brushes out of the side of the motor, cleaning them and replacing them.

@@Rotor-Sims The brushes looked ok although I didn't see them before I started using the planer for comparison.... 6ish years old - hobby woodworker type use, maybe a little more.
