Wow, that climb rate O.o Flaps up almost immediately after take off. Surely the low TOW must have helped a lot, but it remains impressive.

No. But this was a flight operated for Easyjet and a brand new route. So it is normal to take some time to get passengers to find these new flights. Also Condor (which operated that flight) is paid by Easyjet to operate that flight no matter how empty
