It would be great, sadly the Devs stated in one of the "Deep Dive" vids that it will not be possible as this is a complete rewrite and isn't compatible with the first game. However, that's not to say that some savvy Fan couldn't maybe sort out some kind of conversion program!

"I think" your not functional Coaster didn't work becaus the train entered the station backwards. You need a second special piece to turn around the train again.

I'd much rather see gameplay footage in which the person is actually somewhat taking their time to design a somewhat decent looking park for a change.

It's cool that you're showing all the textures👍, nobody has done that yet. Is there something like dark brown mulch as a texture or parts like Planet Zoo has for flower beds?

Not that I noticed in my playthrough. However there could be different textures in different biomes!

Only 4 biomes? I really wish they would have added a biome creator so that we could create our own borders instead of using premade ones that can't be edited outside the park boundary. But we don't know everything yet that is going to be in the game at launch.

So you can place Rides on paths except when you can't and you can place paths over paths except when you can't? I'm confused as to how that works because it doesn't seem to be consistent - kinda had hoped my days fighting with the "obstructed!" curse would be over with PlanCo2

Why did you not use angle snap and length snap when building the queue? That's probably how you'd do the cattle pen.

I honestly missed that option lol If available that will make things much easier. I've also heard from other creators that we can advance move paths similar to how we move scenery items. Big if true!

Thanks for the preview! I haven't played planet zoo but I understand you can get pretty creative with the gift shops and actually create a store with functional shelves, displays, etc. Is PC2 similar? It looks like it might be.

They do have a custom shop builder in Zoo! I'm not sure if that has made it's way to PlanCo2(forgot to look tbh) but I really hope it does!

I literally said "Placing Rides on paths is amazing" just as you put the text on the screen lol Edit *as I watch* : Scaling...OH BABY, what a game changer! I love how they've made the flat rides and other décor rather bland expecting the player to spice it up and theme it out. That was always a problem for me in PC, I'd want to have a ride in a certain themed area, but it was already themed to a different style than the area I wanted to put it in. Not that I didn't like their 'pre-themed' rides, but it really limited it's potential. Now ...your creativity is the limit!

Can you not build a queue path using a grid system (like in the original game)? That's the easiest way to build them.

I didn't see an option for using a grid system like in planco1 which was really throwing me off. I may have missed the option with the limited time we had, but other creators I've talked to also didn't see a grid option for paths. However I do believe it's been confirmed that we can move paths with the advance move tool similar to how we move scenery pieces which will make editing paths VERY easy!

Bem cópia do RCT3, não vi nada de mudanças comparado a primeira versão, era só fazer uma atualização do primeiro e expansão do parque aquático, os brinquedos ainda estão bem defasados, era pra ter brinquedos da atualidade, a jogatina ficou mais difícil, pq agora tem gerador, não corrigiram a maior chatisse do jogo que são os funcionários se demitindo, era pra ser fixo igual no RCT3.

It is most definitely not. True dark interiors, switch tracks and drop tracks, water parks, a whole knew engine. It's very much a better game than PC1
