Which means Isshiki could sense Kaguya and she tored him before she got chakra fruit and tentails. Isshiki had no chakra left to plant the karma, which hints he used it against her in a fight. After isshiki got jigen he didn't return to fight her which implies he would lose. He also has terrible body time limit, hence Kawaki destroyed him.
