Etha2 Great ergonomics, trigger is great, the S allows you to grip the frame under the trigger which is great for stabilizing the gun while running of break, 2 piece 14in barrel, solid easy to use and secure a loader feed neck, the gun is PALS compatible which is another pro, one of the easiest to use never going to fail on/off, composite parts keep the gun not to hot in the summer not to cold in the winter, gama core is rock solid and found on higher end markers, the eyes are actually under the barrel build directly on the gun frame no wires to get tangled, it uses a "mirror plastic part" to relay the eyes to the breech, this prevents the eyes from ever getting dirty and or wires breaking. Super smart design, the frame upper and lower disconnect with no wires or solenoids etc to get caught up between the 2 halves, air threw grip no macro line, the board is easy to use and works well, the gun simply works, in my opinion it is one of the easiest guns to maintenance, assembly and disassembly is one of the best, the battery is easy to change, for the $ the Etha2 is a game changer good for woodsball and speedball, did I mention it is light and also extremely durable. Probably nearly as durable as a good old Tippman 98 custom. To sum it up. Shoot an Etha2 and you'll be in game every game with minimal maintenance

@jmrverrier4 жыл бұрын
Which bolt system is better? Just looking at it with a non-informed eye I'd go with the Etha2's; the lack of spring seems like it would keep the system working better with less wear and a smoother action, but like I said I am uninformed. I do like the push button system for removing it, but in the end I think the operation is more important. Which is more efficient, quieter, less kick, better performance, and in less need of maintenance (aside from cleaning and lubing)? Oh and I love the case for the Etha2, but do the after market cases negate that advantage at all?
@xela793 жыл бұрын
The etha 2’s bolt is by far one of the best on the paintball market for even high end markers. Planet Eclipse’s gamma core which is in the cs.2, emek, 160r, and the 170r, is highly known in the market for being air efficient, quiet, and reliable.

I hear what you're saying, but let me ask you. A quick question is the etha 2, So good that if you had the choice to run That 1 specific marker For the rest of your life, would You consider it? The answer is no...... It's made of composite plastic, and won't last that long if your mommy Has a government job knocking over 400k a year and Buying 2 of them a month then yeah, sure. It's worth it, but if you work, for a living, and you would like to see your investment last, you should Have considered the Competitor😂😂😂😂😂😂 The reason I'm saying that Is you chose plastic over aluminum With a $40 difference. Because of the grip... My best friend bought the etha 1 and 2 Because he was just like you. Until he found out he can't slide With either one the grip, you favor so much. Was the first thing that broke. On both of them. Then he was so naive. He thought he loved the marker so much he bought a second etha2 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂 That's 3 Markers to my axe That I still have. I'm 33 now And I'm still in paintball. My kids are coming up into it and my son is going to run my old marker. You see what I mean? Well, today have no common sense. No brain boy who raised you.😂😂😂😂

Conclusion: They're virtually the same gun minus some trivial features and a negligible price point differential. Trying to make an argument that "because a battery comes out easier" makes it a better gun is just stupid. In my opinion, the Axe is superior for having such an airtight battery guard that protects it's internal motherboards and terminal leads. You don't want mud, dirt, water etc getting stuck in your battery feed. If anything, the Axe 2 provides far more customizable color schemes for the marker skin.....but again that's a menial difference in the long run. I personally chose the Axe because it's made more of aluminum than plastic, and has a slightly more flexible trigger, although triggers can be swapped out regardless. All in all you won't be disappointed with either.

@@favorite281 Don't regret in it in the least. If you're looking for a "near" tournament level marker in the 4-6 hundred dollar range, this marker won't let you down. The one thing to upgrade immediately though is the stock barrel that comes with the kit. Not that it's even bad, but it's audible shot signature is SO loud. Switched it for the Dye CF Boomstick 15" and haven't been disappointed since then.

Too bad the etha 2 looks like a tippman 98 with a face lift. It may be awesome, but man is it Ugggggllyy.

But It’s reliable and functional, it’s a really great choice for beginners who isn’t looking for looks currently. That’s why I have one as a back up incase my LV goes down

IMO I think it actually looks better than the Axe

Axe 2.0 and the empire syx are complete trash in cold weather. There not accurate. They suck down air. As soon as they get dirty they break paint. I know cause I owned and still own the empire syx. I'm going to planet eclipse etha 2 because it's accurate, I can play in the rain/snow. I can jump on the etha2 in dirt and still play a point on the field. The air efficiency is phenomenal over the axe 2.0 and the syx. The only thing I don't like about the Easter too is that the grips are horrible but what I do to improvise for such crappy grips is used hockey tape for maximum grip and durability. So if you're looking for something that has reliability to it go with the Etha2. You can literally treat the gun like trash and it will still perform just as well as the CS2 the 170r160r LVS and more

lone wolf capping i like the channel but you sell azodin blits on your store
Both are good markers and do what they are intended to do. Neither one is better, and please spare me the PE Fans cause its PE BS. Learn how to take care of your markers and they will treat you well on the fields.

@@tylergable2445 ugh dude I can't decide if I want a 2.0 or mini gs. I'm new to all this stuff. The mini has a pressure guage on it. I can't figure out how to adjust velocity to 190....I'm lost bro
