I would love a planet resort. Obviously I'm all for planet coaster 2,but a game where you could actually build modulary hotels,pools,slides would be amazing.

Something I've always thought would be interesting would be a "Planet Cruise". Designing your own fleet of ships and maybe even getting to create destinations for your cruises to visit would be a blast!

Haha yes 😂 Start out in the shipyard designing the ship and having to pass sea trials before it’s ready for cruises 🚢

A Planet Resort has big potential for the sustainable DLC cycle we know from our beloved Planet games. Similar to PZ, each DLC could focus on various climates and locations, with unique attractions and features. Tropical island retreats, ski resorts, underwater hotels, cruise ships, camping and caravans, luxury casinoes, and even orbital vacation stations might be a bit much to fit into a single base game, but it would fit perfectly for a pick-your-content style game like the Planet franchise.

I love it, you can make snow resorts, mountain resorts, beach resorts. There are so many types! Hospitals are boring :D thats why twopoint hospital is so niche, its jsut weird in its own way and that works. We dont need more games like that, we need different types!

So many niches can be included in this. Campgrounds, ziplines and similar attractions, ecotourism like ranches and farms, conservation parks (birds and aquatic animals can be added without making it a full blown zoo), beachfronts or waterparks, fully functioning hotels and restaurants. The cruise ship idea is a good one to and make it so it can hop from one resort island to another.

The real goldmine would be having Planet Resort able to interconnect with Planet Coaster 2 and (eventually) Planet Zoo 2. Have the resorts be ploppable on the adjacent terrain tiles. They don't need to be fully functional, but they could have connections that serve as the guest spawners.

I feel like a lot of ideas for the next PZ game are too small. Zoo and Coaster have huge creative possibilities, while things like Hospital, Resort, Planet Golf, etc. seem kinda small in what you can do in the game. They don't seem like games that you would spend lots of time building, as most of the themes like hospital or golf would just be like build a golf course or build a hospital then you're done. What my idea would be would be a Planet Oceans. Combining the idea of a Aquarium game with building beaches and resorts, islands etc. You can start on a huge map either with islands, half coast and half ocean, full ocean or one huge island. From here you will have a variety of options to build on the water, whether its beachside resorts, aquariums, beaches in general, cities on islands, sanctuaries, cruises, etc. The game would come with a lot of aquatic animals, scenery pieces for building architecture, etc. There could be expansions for water parks, pirates, etc. Haven't thought it all out yet, but just a thought of combining planet cruise, planet resort and planet aquarium in one game.

I would probably not buy Planet Hospital. Planet Resort would depend on how much you can do with swimming pools and slides. Feels like all of that could just be in PC2 as well tho. Planet Coaster 2 wouldn't be the best name if they also focus on hotels and pools so maybe it will get a different name, even if you can still create themeparks. So many possibilities, can't wait to see what Planet game we'll get this year

PC2 really should be a combo if PC and PZ. It should be water parks, zoos, theme parks, county fairs, and so on. They will keep the PZ people who will probably upgrade and the PC people. Maybe add people who want to see water parks included. They really should have made a version of PZ that had PC included. A deluxe version when PZ first came out. One of my favorite parks is Busch Gardens Tampa so to not have rides that we could put in a zoo was a huge miss.

This would be a clash of graphics from JWE2 and customization from Planco. Could definitely see them making a management game like this just because of the lack of competitors right now in that area

I like your idea about Planet Resort, but even more if it was also an Expansion to PC2. Planet Hopital, Prison, Golf, Racing, etc... Those are not a good fit!

I love the idea of Planet Resort. We already got hotels in Planet Coaster so there is room for it.

welllllllll...Im still wanting a PC 2 buttttttttt planet resort seems interesting :) The net is really mentioning PC 2 in the future quite a bit which has my mind on PC 2 really big :D fingers crossed

I mean, they did SORT of add hotels to PC, and they certainly had to notice a bunch of the TMTK items were being used for zoos within theme parks. On the subject of hotel sims, I backed a Kickstarter a while back for Hotel Magnate and it's looking pretty great, if you wanted an idea of a hotel management sim to take a look at!

*clears throat* Um.... I've been raving about this idea while ya'll been hyping the PC2 bandwagon when PZ was launched. Lionrider & BeyondDrew probably saw and heard my comments, because LITERALLY everything you said I've said before (you'd just have to trace my history of comments on a looooooooong range of videos if you don't believe me, lol).
