Because the administration of this games bans its players for fun, turns off the servers sometimes, makes you buy it 2 times and has literally no stable engine neither stable servers that dont crash.... and the list keeps going

I like to think this is the Core shattered from the Arm ending of Total Annihilation. Plus the Legion part fits with the massive A.I. hive mind that the Core were in that story line.

i asked about it once, and essentialy, besides the new dev team lacking money to properly balance/polish the mod, one of its members has pretty much vanished online, so adding the mod officialy could invoke some legal problems

Could not have been possible without the developers mate, they updated many things just so this people could make the mod, and have done updates such as multithreading, more than a year after release. They are great developers.
