Welcome back to another workout from Planet Fitness! This time, we have PF Trainer Kelly taking you through a core workout that’s going to rock your world. This workout was designed for all fitness levels, so feel free to keep up or go at your own pace.
In this warm up, you’ll be doing jump ropes, high knees, and side bend stretches. After that, you’ll head into the main circuit with pointers, leg lifts, mountain climbers, and more. And just like that, you #DidIt! Now, Kelly will help you cool down and wrap up.
