Follow along with us for a 15 minute full body dumbbell workout that will challenge your level of strength and conditioning! This workout will target almost every muscle group in your body and it's great for those looking to build strength, cut body fat and improve cardio. This full body dumbbell workout is suitable for all fitness levels because the workout is formatted to go at a pace that works for you! The golden rule of 6 months applies in everything. It is very difficult for beginners to get into exercise or workouts. But if newbies can hang on for 5-6 months then it can automatically change everything. It can give you results you would have not expected. I am saying this from exp. 6 months ago I never tried to workout and from last 6 months I have been working out and trust me It has worked out a lot. I believe with effort change is possible. If you want to change your lifestyle work hard on your goal for 6-8 months and everything will start falling in place for you. I am writing this hope that it will help someone in organizing their life.

I have had these for several weeks kzbin.infoUgkxP26Tir6n60vUkdtn4mbwhRO8cwuJQNy2 and I have been really happy with them so far. I love being able to do a variety of workouts at home when I don't have time to make it to the gym. When paired with a basic bench, there are tons of different exercises and you can hit pretty much all major muscle groups. It is easy to adjust to your desired weight with the dials on each side. They slide in and out of the cradle smoothly. The only downside to this design vs the newer version, is that these are pretty wide. This does limit your range of motion with certain hand positions on certain exercises. Straight dumbbell press would be an example of this. I have to turn my hands slightly in order to bring them close enough together. Not a huge deal to me though. Really happy with this purchase and would definitely recommend.

Week 3, been doing this workout 4-5 times a week with 15 lbs. I can already see the development of my shoulders and arms! Hopefully I can manage to do 2-3 repetitions soon!

Hi. I'm 58 years old and reasonably fit for my age and found this workout really useful. One comment I have is I have a bad knee and it meant I had to be ultra careful with the first few exercises: if you can refer me to other videos that don't need as much pressure being placed on the knees that would be great!

I'm a 50 year old female you need to tone up. As women get older they lose muscle if they don't have a workout regimine. I started working out from Juice & Toya's workout routines and hitting up my local gym and I see my muscles toning and things are not as loose as before. Thank you for these great workouts. Wow, discovered your videos only a week ago and I love your format! The previews are great, no annoying chatter or obnoxious music, no repeats, just perfect really. The exercises are well paced and easy to follow, even for someone like me who is 45, just trying to get a bit fitter and not particularly sporty or well-coordinated. I started my workout plan about four weeks ago and not only am I going to the gym but I wanted to be able to do something at home. I found you guys on KZbin and started using your videos. Since then I have lost 12 pounds. My weight when I started was 219 and am now down to 207. I have change the way I eat and exercise every day. I really liked this workout! Glad I missed one day this week or I would have missed this. There were 2 that I did not like, that down on your knees did not work for me. After one I decided to do leg lifts. Need to build some strength.

First time trying our workout. I thought it'd be a nice addition, it's only 15 minutes. Wow. How I loved it! I did it twice in a row and called it an amazing 30 minute workout. Outstanding! Thank you

This was great. I am trying to do an hour a day. I did 30 mins of yoga, a 10 min workout of yours, plus this one. That's pretty good!

Really proud of myself for completing all of this except the Hold the World at the end, after months of not picking up any weights. Whole thing was over much faster than I had anticipated too! Thanks guys! Next time, I will complete it all.

Love this format. It's different than your typical strengthening workouts. I usually get bored with regular workouts because they're always the same. This format presents new creative exercises that challenge your body in different ways. Thanks a lot for this video and for all your workout videos!

AMAZING WORKOUT ROUTINE! Thank you, Juice and Toya. I just started working out again after an ankle injury. I gained 15 pounds while recuperating. I'm definitely going at my own pace with this routine. But hopefully I can get up to your speed in no time! Thank you for the motivation!

finally found a good video that I can follow...I'm trying to lose 10 kgs starting from today. I'm gonna follow this from now on. Hope it helps..it took me 45 minutes to complete this on the first day..but I'm not gonna give up! thanks, guys!

This is what I’ve been looking for! My struggle has been focus rather than performance. This is challenging and timed at just the right length before I traditionally drift off and lose focus. I chose this workout to also train my mind. As I get stronger I do additional rounds.. BUT for days when I just need to check the box.. this allows me to push thru and stay on track. Like most workouts- you get back what you put in.. except inches… I’ve lost them and I’m not taking them back 😂

Just came across this and I'm super motivated to get in shape as I have my first savage race coming up in 7 weeks. I've done other obstacle races before years ago but it's time to get back into them as I find them so much fun and challenging. New subscriber now.

This is such an effective workout because of its versatility. If it’s no longer challenging, up your weight and/or do another set. I’ve been doing this workout for about 6 months. When I started, I used 5 pound weights and would do one set 2x a week, now I use 10 pound weights and do two sets 3x a week. I’ve lost about 25 pounds, but most importantly muscles have formed and I feel more energetic.

I haven't worked out consistently since the pandemic hit and it's been super difficult to get back into the habit of doing so. Knocking out this 15 minute workout as hard as it was has really motivated me to get back to the gym, so thank you so much - will definitely be revisiting it

THANK YOU for this brief video. I’m obese with a relatively sedentary life. I had to modify some of the exercises and had to reduce most of the exercises to either no dumbbell or only one. Still, I completed the workout, I’m sweating profusely and am SUPER EXCITED to run through it again and again! Again, THANK YOU!!!
