PlanetSide 2's AR-100: Low Damage Output, No Gimmick

It's the evolution of game philosophy. When Planetside 2 first came out, the idea was that there was no best weapons, different guns did certain things better than others, and the default gun each faction had were just in general good guns that you never 'needed' to upgrade from. But see, that doesn't make as much money as making the default gun worse than the premium guns.

Nah. T5 AMC can synergize so well with sensor shield(silencer) and cat-like 5 (carbine air hip fire) with competitive accuracy. Oh yeah did I forgot the most important fact that the T5 has. 75 ads speed🎉.

The muzzle velocity paired with the 4 headshot kill and the accuracy makes the ns11-a so good. The damage dropoff is really the big nono for the ar100. Also with hva the ns11a becomes a sniper :D

11A is delicious Tbh they could make the AR100 a flat 143 gun and it might be okay, still wouldn't have .75 like the 11A, but would be better on bodyshots at range

nso ar's are so underwhelming. Wish they had a fast rof counterpart to the CB-X75 in the class.

​@@yanlexiI have the maxwell. I wish it was as good as a carnage ar. The maxwell feels like a nerfed version of it with higher recoil and bigger cof Bloom. Also lacks attachments like the compensator that would help.

Yanlexi, also consider that the AR 150 has underbarrel shotgun that can catch people off guard. It's the main reason I would ever run it. ❤

the ar 101 has a noticeable difference that makes it much easier to aurx than the 100, the ubgl

Hard disagree, UBGL only kills on direct hits, which you don't get very often. The DPS loss is too much over the regular 100 to be any better.

I was gonna suggest the yumi to aurax for the same reason but I just reminded that there shouldn't be so much choke points that make it worth on connery
