Planetside 2 Wall hack and Aim Bot Player already report but ignore by developer

I already fund so much money in this game but this game ruin by hacker. I already do multiple report about this single player but the developer team doing nothing. Did your system not trigger any report by player. so shame on PS2 team. I hope they can refund all my money wasted on their ruin game. stupid developer. Malays once said that u "Eat Blind Salary".
