Well obviously because Mr. Lawrence, Planktons voice actor is generally batshit insane & has screamed in the actual show more than anyone else & Plankton even talks very aggressively most of the time. Therefore for the A.I, it is much easier to use those screams as a reference tone & make all rock, metal & all it's variants the perfect match for his voice. To me, the chocolate guy in Spongebob sounds very much like Daron Malakian from System Of A Down. I always associate the scream in Chop Suey of "FATHER" with Mr Lawrence screaming "CHOCOLATE" lmao XD
