When I saw this go live a few days ago, I knew I would save it for when I really needed it. It's gloomy here today. So I'm watching you and doing my own memory keeping. Be safe. Be well. Use all the stickers. :)

I started memory planning in my planner after watching your video. It has helped me see how I spent my days my emotions and it has helped mento use up all the planner supplies I haven’t used b/c I didn’t know what to do with all the stickers I bought. Thank for the inspiration.

Thank you for sharing your thoughts, and your comments about being pessimistic and needing to learn how to be optimistic. I am the same way and it’s definitely a struggle some days. Glad you are all healthy and safe! 💜

Although I wish I was naturally optimistic, I am glad I've worked at it for so many years!

Thanks for this Amy. I really enjoyed seeing your flip through. It's so colorful and full of life. Really like a lot of the quotes you had in it also. I feel like I don't have much to write in mine as I live alone, and don't have any kids. But you have given me the idea to incorporate a lot of quotes which I really enjoy. BTW, you do a very good job practicing optimism.🙂 You and your family stay safe and well.

I just came to the point if your accident, I'm glad you are ok. But speaking of distracted drivers and you said you are glad she hit your car and not a pedestrian. My cousin's kids were hit by a truck in valentine's day and his son passed away but his daughter is still not awake. She has major TBI and a collapsed lung. But with this pandemic, it's making thing even more difficult for her family. I started making a scrapbook for them of their son so they can enjoy the sweet memories

Oh Kellie, I am so sorry. That is unthinkable. I might actually talk a little bit more about the accident in another video bc there were several lessons I think we can all glean about being aware and kind humans. My heart goes out to your family.

@@amytangerine thanks. It was a terrible tragedy. He was remembered by the Las Vegas hockey team at one if their games in February. AB 29. And they started the "puck promise " to stay off your phone and no distractions while driving.

Amy, my mom has dementia too. I was supposed to visit her this past weekend and was unable to do so for obvious reasons. :( I hope we'll both be able to make our visits soon! Does your dad's facility do Skype calls or anything like that? My mom's is, but I think a Skype call would be too confusing for her. She has very little communication ability at this point (her form of dementia attacks the speech and communication centers of the brain first). Instead, I'll be sending some drawings and things like that in the mail.

I'm so sorry. Thank you for sharing. He was just moved to a new place in March, but I believe it would just confuse him at this point unless his wife was there with him. She hasn't been able to visit him in a couple weeks, but apparently she has spoken to him and he is doing fine. I tried calling but I know in my heart many of the things I am wanting to talk to him about. He's always been a good listener but witnessing the decline has been one of the hardest parts. However, he has really inspired me to truly live and love fully. I love that you're sending her mail. I am sure that will uplift her!
