We already journal similarly so what’s inspiring me most after watching this is to 1, embrace empty sections because that also reflects something going on & I don’t need to backfill everything, and 2, it’s ok to not keep the same monthlies style each month! It’s ok to do something for a month or two and then do something else. I don’t need consistency in my aesthetic. I need to enjoy the ride. 💛💛💛 Thank you, Amy.

Amy I love how you spoke about documenting the harder parts of life, and to do it in a way that feels right to you, or not at all if that is what you feel. I love this style of memory keeping as it makes you realise that the small things were actually the big things that really matter. You take note of those small precious family moments that fly by so quickly.

Always appreciate your flip through of your journals! Would love to see your finished December one too! So much inspiration to use the stash we have on hand! I journaled and memory kept while taking care of my mother during the last days of her life. I'm happy I recorded those memories even though it was a rough and difficult time. I haven't gone back and looked at those pages. One day I will. I'm sure of it. (It's been almost 3 years now) I am inspired by you. (Sometimes I do compare my journals/planners to others) In order to use my supplies, mainly my Pipsticks post cards and stickers, I started a snail mail project. I have a list of about 20 friends and family whom I send post cards and letters to every month. It has almost been a year. I'm happy I started doing it. It brings me joy. I want to doodle more and learn to brush letter this year. That is my journaling goal this year. Sorry for the long comment. Thank you for inspiring me! ❤

Great memory keeping 😊 My takeaway is definitely that you can do whatever you want in your journals. Use whatever you want/have, write whatever you want, just be you. They are your memories to do with as you wish, and i thank you for sharing them with us. I love, love, love all the awesome, great quotes! So beautiful and creative 😊

LOVE! A few questions: 1. I know you have your own stickers (which I have) but what are your go to stickers because it seems like you have stickers for everything!! 2. What magazines do you suggest for good words? I'm constantly on the lookout for good magazines. 3. Any tips to stay organized with your thoughts throughout the week for when you have time to complete a spread? 4. Lastly, thanks for sharing!!

I have been thinking I need to go back & fill in some blank spots in my planner from the end of 2023, but maybe I can just let them be & it’ll be a reminder that I was too busy to sit down long enough to capture everything 😉 I’m starting to gather items for my 2024 vision board-what magazines do you find your images/words in?

The ink came off the catalog clipping because they use cheaper ink and paper for catalogs. 😂. I don’t think they expected people to keep the magazines so they use cheap material for marketing. I think it makes it easier to recycle too. Easy to remove the ink and reprocess the paper. 😊. Love your memory planner. I tried last year and it just wasn’t for me. I was going to try again this year, but you didn’t do another collab with archer and olive. ☹️ I said it was a sign that I didn’t need to do it this year. 😂

Honestly the quote on Feb 1st... "things can only get better" JANUARY 2025 has started out... horribly honestly, whole family was sick and just as we were getting better and I was planning a mini bday for my baby boy I got the most devastating news that my brother was in the hospital... and a little over 24hrs later he had passed. It was so sudden and completely unexpected, Jan 7th my baby turned 1 and I lost my big brother 😭 Me and kids made the 20+hr drive from Canada to the US (during the polar vortex) to see family and attend the funeral, and I learned another elderly family member was also on the hospital, and 2 family friends had lost loved ones.... so much death so early into the New Year, it can not get any worse, things have to get better, they just have to. 😢

I'm going to be honest with you but I'm the worst daily planner journal person ever. I'm not good finding the words but I do Project Life because it's more visual for me. I have bought all your stickers and stamps and monthly printables so for 2024 I'm going to try something new and see if I can find one of your colorful notebooks and have a go.
