I just love your energy, I work from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm (and sometimes more) but I use your method for the morning, noon, and evening routines and personal things. I put fun things in the book, things I want to buy, vacations I want to go to, books I like to read, movies I want to see, all fun things. It is amazing. It has changed my life.

This is all true for me. The more I script the clearer it becomes. Practice makes perfect.. see what I did there? Working on the good attitude part of this 😅
