Love the ideas for the 20 24s I’ll have to put my thinking cap on. I made a list of “things to do” already. I totally agree about the KZbin timesuck. Self soothing is a great term for it.

I love being nosy and seeing people's journals, and yours was no exception 👀 Seeing the pages filled and crinkled with writing is so satisfying. Your system for logging and tracking health sounds effective. Ah, that collage at 23:15 is beautiful 💞 Your 20 24s list is great! I only just learned about it and am pleasantly surprised I now know at least 3 of us are doing that challenge/tracking 😀

My goals video is filmed and coming in the new year. Enjoyed seeing your "planner plan" as always. 💜 Appreciate you sharing your ink pad findings as that'll be a switch I make when my stickers run out. I like the idea of "Temptations List" as a framing for what I've been calling the "To Explore" list (which I suspect functions a bit differently - it is common for me to 'explore' something and promptly stop being tempted 🤣). I like that you have regular backgammon (which I do not know how to play) - for us it's cribbage.

Ooh I'm looking forward to your goals video! And yes, I like "exploration" better than "wish" too - anything to re-frame passive consumption into active evaluation. I think playing games with our domestic partners is a fun way to bond. We know other friends who play cribbage and another couple who play Scrabble.
