Thank you for making this relaxing video. I too can relate to how you have been feeling. I have a SEN daughter & my elderly mother who needs constant care now, so I too have little time to be creative. Now Ive seen your video I know I will make time for myself even if its just for a little while :) if I don't look after myself I can't look after them. Oh goodness - what you say is so true. You need to look after yourself - looking after others uses a lot of our physical and emotional resources. I’ve missed your videos, so happy you’re back. Looking forward to being with you in 2025. I too had to step back from my daily routine to take care of my husband’s parents. They both fell sick, and unfortunately we lost my father-in-law to cancer 2 days ago. I really want to continue on and finish my nature journal this year because I have enjoyed so much gathering the pieces of fabric and drawings to place on it. ❤️
