Lovely video! Just an observation: I work in the hospitality industry for many years in different countries in Europe (UK, France, Italy and Sweden), and American tourists are always highly appreciated exactly for their generosity in terms of tipping. But recently due to influencers in the KZbin or other media platforms, Americans tip as locals or sometimes don’t even tip, and I can guarantee that next time you visit the same restaurant the floor staff won’t treat you with “red carpet” as the first time. It is true that Europeans in general don’t tip much or sometimes do not tip at all (like French or Italians - the most hated guests!), but it is seen as an immense “inelegance”, and it is just not okay (because the fact that even in rich countries like Sweden, the salaries in hospitality are low just because the owners of the businesses are expecting that their staff will complement their own salaries with tips), especially if your waiter/waitress or kitchen chefs went an extra-mile for you!

It's thought the name is derived from what the Arabs called it, Marbal La, during the Islamic rule. At this time in the 10th century, the Moors built many lighthouse towers along the coast which are still standing today, as well as a citadel, an alcazaba, and a wall to protect the town.

I’ve been living in Spain for 1 year now (Jerez), and ALL houses have barred windows regardless of the area. It’s seems to simply be standard practice here and not a reflection of crime rates. In the year that I’ve lived here I have had zero experiences with crime or burglary, I believe the bars have become a staple in their architecture now, and are added because it’s simply expected
