looks like the just-under-ten-minute sections starting from @22:58 is for-some-reason repeated verbatim at @31:39 (almost like you re-wound the video) ? the first section looks like it's cut off when it's essentially re-winded.. in case you don't want to re-watch the same content, new content picks back up at @40:20

Can somebody please explain me why people in comments use word "sir" so much? Is that word commonly used in maritime industry?
