1. Turn on Printers
2. Turn on iPads
1. Go to Settings/Display and Brightness
1. Change Auto-lock to “Never”
2. Open PCO Check in app
3. check if connected to the printer
1. If red bar see below
3. Move iPad to checkin location
4. Move printer with the sticker on bottom that says “Mobile”
5. Leave iPad on main desk connected to power cord
6. Check in lost boy to check label printing
7. Go to other station and reprint a label to check
8. If printer is not connected:
If 1 of the 2 “mobile” iPads is not connected to printer:
1. Tap the gear at bottom right, tap printer settings
2. Wait 30 seconds for iPad to find printer
3. If printer name does not appear, enter manually the IP address (view on other printer) or just connect the iPad to whichever printer is available if you’re in a bind. (People can walk over to main desk to get label)
1. When an iPad is connected to a printer, it will show a number below the printer name like 10.171.5.183, this is the IP number that identifies the wifi printer on the network.
NOTE: when connecting to a printer, you must choose the label type, choose “continuous/continuous black”, do not choose “red/black”
