This is the first of your podcasts that im watching but it wont be the last. I found you from Mouse's Makes Podcast. I really like the sweater you're wearing. I never would have thought to make it all one colour family. Love it! I am interested in trying the Sea Glass pattern also. Thanks.

Thank you for stopping by 🙂 The Seaglass patterns are all beautiful, I think the cardigan might be my favorite so far though 😍

How exciting! Thanks for the win. I’m going to have to choose the bag pattern to try. I’ll DM you. You sure chose some fabulous patterns to highlight again. Of those you talked about out today, my favorite I’d the Seaglass Cardi. I have that one and plan to give it a try. Hopefully I’ll be more successful than I was with the Crochet version of the Seaglass Tee.

I am really intrigued by the icord method they use for the cardigan. I would love to make one, they’re a lot of work though. I think I will try after the Voyage cardigan with the scraps I have from it 🙂 Congratulations on winning!

I just love the sweater you are wearing. I knitted the Painting Triangles sweater by Steven West which I think has a similar construction. It is a very comfy sweater! Thanks for the podcast 😊

I’ve knit his painting bricks sweater as well, the fit is very close to my fantastitch sweater. They’re both super comfortable and squishy 🙂

Mandy, the sea glass cardigan looks really good, I have knit the hat version and yes the ends are a challenge. I hope you have a great holiday I always pack too many projects when we go away!

I haven’t knit many of Andrea Mowry’s patterns, but I believe her sleeves tend to be more fitted. I remember helping someone in my knitting group figure out the math to make a larger sleeve for one of her patterns, maybe Tesselated? I’ve been intimidated by the Seaglass patterns because of all those ends, so I’m happy to hear that they came up with a way to manage them in the cardigan.

I really love more fitted sleeves so this might be a good designer for me to experiment with. I have ideas for the seaglass cardigan, I think I want to try and steek it. It’s an idea that’s rolling around my brain. That way the button band will hide the ends after they’re reinforced. I need to look at the pattern more closely to see how practical it is, or what I’d have to change though 🙂

The yarn for your Musselburgh is the February yarn from last year! I think its renamed Pansys now 🤔 xx

I am right at the start of the decreasing and the color way has knit up so beautifully. There’s an amazing amount of purples, white and just a tiny bit of green. I love it. It definitely reminds me of beautiful flowers so naming it after a pansy makes sense 🙂
