A tip for when you're visiting touristic places here in Europe. You should also book entrances at The Vatican City or the Colosseum for example, because of Covid Museums have limited places here in Europe. I've visited Rome this summer but it's the same thing here in France. 😊🤗

I highly suggest doing the nighttime Colosseum tour in Rome. It's not open to the general public then, so there are way fewer people, no lines, and most of the tour guides are archeologists, so you get a ton of cool extra information about the colosseum and Rome.

My husband and I went to Italy in 2016 and loved it. We planned to go to Venice, Florence and Rome but ended up skipping Rome because we loved Florence so much. Need to go back one day to see Rome and more of the coast. In Florence, HIGHLY recommend Hotel David- the entire staff and owner are so, so lovely.

As European I just can say: Rome always wins. Spend there weeks over the last couple of years. Florence disappointed me a lot and Venice was overcrowded every time (well, this has changed since COVID, I guess). I recommend the rural parts of Italy as well, like Umbria or Tuscany itself. Copying is hit or miss. Tim Gunn has a show about learning your body type and what worked thus making shopping much more enjoyable as you would be bringing into a dressing room only what actually looks good on you. Also included the 10 must haves for wardrobe which were very versatile and I might add handy for an extended trip as they are the work horse grouping of your wardrobe. On your vlogs it might be fun to follow you doing something like that. Classic looks never go out of style so minimalistic and you can get in just about any price range. A skirt and blouse are great for travel ...day to night workability.

I book direct always!! I’ve had family members with horror stories using third parties for flights especially. The only thing I used trip advisor to book was excursions since those sometimes don’t have their own website!
