Knowledge areas have been the biggest detriment to my learning PM. My brain understands the logical flow of process groups and processes. Every book I've read, every video course I've taken insist on organizing the learning by knowledge areas. It's like reading a ten chapter book, but reading only the first page of each chapter before jumping to the next one, and eventually going back to the first chapter to read the second page. Scott, I just ordered your book from Amazon. Finally someone out there gets it.

There are 10 Knowledge Areas and each one has a plan. How did you get 12 subsidiary plans? Should it be 9 subsidiary plans under the main plan of the Project management plan?
