Wow this is amazing! What an awesome tool! This is my opinion. I would certainly keep all the information pages for years to come. I would use the blank pages to write and do my goal setting. Once the year is over I would remove the blank pages and use it year to year! You sure have provided us with lots of valuable tools for our own goal setting. Thank you for sharing all your knowledge and wonderful tools!

My suggestion would be to keep it all in one place and use it as a whole, reference and journal (reflections/notes). So, it can be your best support in your goal achieving journey. Maybe even include fotos of when you achieved a certain milestone/your goal. There are some great printables you mentioned that are ideal for filling out on the page itself, like the more/less of, the detailes wheel of life sections. Just reprint them, when needed. That's what I do in my planner and not just for goals. Almost everything in my planner is either a freebie or selfmade, weeklies, dailies, trackers, lists... I reprint what I use on a weekly basis to not bulk up my binder too much.

I am not really much on keeping a goal planner. If I did, I'd need to keep it all in one spot though. Your setup looks like a pretty good one. I do a word of the year but, generally, it'd be something that just keeps popping in my head near the end of the year.....like it chooses me vs me choosing it.

I think it would work best as a reference planner. I personally am not planning anything for next year yet. It depends a lot on how these last months of 2024 end up.
