Hi . If i prepare a recovery schedule on a baseline does it mean i need to update all the completed and ongoing activities one by one ? Imaging a project with 10k activities and almost 6k activities finished . How will re update all the activities if i prepare a recovery on the baseline as you said.. I hope you can help me with an answer

Hello Engineer Aasim. Very simple, export the update from the updated schedule, import again to the new baseline recovery schedule and you are all done. I will try to make one video for that step by step

Can you please make a video as case study on how to do it , Adjusting actual dates and putting in baseline is not easy . as the activity might require 10 days but in real took 1 month due to stoppage in between and shifting to another area of activity but still showing 1 month ,and activity is not needed this much time delay but still show as one month . This is happened in so many activity same way , and rescheduling baseline again is not easy .

But the client asking the schedule villa by villa as wells as floorwise. Can you please help me the following doubts. 1.While preparing the detailed schedule should we show the erection only or other sub activities.such as screeding,Welding,grouting,inspection,finishing,sealant 2.What will be best relationship between two zones/ two villas. 3.While our scope is design,production,delivery & erection is it necessary to show production & delivery for all villas. 4.When the BOQ showing price for elements types how we can input cost. 5.do you have any standard daily progress reports template.
