What if we have only quantity available and no info of the crew size or resources info how we can calculate the duration ?

@@crackrex1727 but what if our assumptions is beyond the capacity of contractors ? I am talking if we are in a client side and we want to estimate duration for a project or activity and we know only the quantity of works without knowing the resource info ?
