I'm so happy I found your channel. I'm 51 years old, 5 ft tall, and have the same ww points. I love the focus on meals with healthy snacks. Your channel makes me feel that I'm not alone on this journey.

Try mixing your pb2 with sugar free syrup instead of water it’s way better I’m not a fan of the pb2 mixed with water either but I do like it this way much better .
@PlanningUsHealthy7 ай бұрын
Ohhh, yum!! Now that you mention that, I've done that with my apples and PB2!! Don't know why I didn't think of it with the banana!! I'm trying that! Thanks so much!!

I mix a little real peanut butter with the PB2 and it tastes better to me. I don’t care for the taste of it on its own either.
@angelaputnam767 ай бұрын
Same! That’s the only way I can eat it.

Or add a bit of sweetener. Regular pb has sugar, that's what I miss in pb2.

Wow just discovered your channel - I just started 1 week ago with 23 points and I'm overwhelmed with trying to keep my points spread out and not blowing through half of them at breakfast with my coffee etc and not go into my weeklies because I like to enjoy some wine on the weekend.. FYI - I hate the PB2 as peanut butter also yuk but you make this look so easy thank you!

Hello and welcome!! I'm so glad you found me!! I used to also try to stick to my points during the week and use my weeklies for the weekend. It can sometimes be a challenge. One day at a time!! 😊

Love the pizza pasta dinner idea! I might add some shredded zucchini to the sauce instead of spring mix. I LOVE zucchini and sauce!

I mix my PB2 with allulose or monk fruit sweetener substitute and a tad bit of vanilla to change the flavor.

Ohhh, interesting! I'll have to try that! Thanks for the idea!

You might want to try the pb fit powder with Greek yogurt in particular light and fit coconut vanilla. Keep making content. You are an inspiration!
@PlanningUsHealthy7 ай бұрын
Thanks so much!! I'll definitely give that a try!! I love that coconut vanilla yogurt in my smoothies, but never thought to try it that way. Thanks for your kind words! 🥰

I’m with you on the PB2, mixed in things is great, by itself, not so great. 😂 I have found that adding a tiny pinch of salt and sugar free syrup helps. But give me my crunchy Jif any day of the week. Think I’ll try a banana boat today, maybe warm the PB to thin it out. Love your pasta dish idea too!
@PlanningUsHealthy7 ай бұрын
Oh, I didn't think of adding a touch of salt! I will definitely be doing it with syrup next time. I drizzle the syrup over my apples and PB2 but I need to try mixing it with the banana. Thanks so much!! 💕

I made the mistake of tryin the Good Culture cottage cheese...here in very Northern Lower Michigan we do not have a Kroger...only Meijer...unfortunately Meijer cannot keep it in stock bcause they are not gettin it on the truck...only store I have found it at...I LOVE IT!!! Tastes sooo much better than the others!! Now I cannot get it...also only in reg size container not the individual containers to make easier to grab & go for work...FINALLY makin the pancake bake Friday for the first time...been droolin over it everytime I see it on ur channel...I am gonna make the one AliciaLynn makes with the pistacio pudding I just saw recently...I LOVE pistachios & she adds SF pistachio puddin mix to it with Krusteaz mix...I am gonna use Kodiak instead & if I like gonna try other puddin mixes like the cheesecake & fruits...as always everythin looks yummy!! Hope y'all are doin good!!! Ready for true spring...60 one day & 20's & snow the next...this has been a screwy winter here in the "former" Great White North...lol...hope you have a good rest of ur week!!!❤❤😊

I can only find the Good Culture at Publix. I wish Walmart or Aldi would start carrying it! I will have to check out AliciaLynn. I don't think I've heard of her. And I know what you mean about that weather! My dad is up in NY right now and it's crazy!!! Have a great week! 🥰

For the powdered peanut butter on your banana, maybe mix it with sugar-free syrup for more of a peanut butter syrup type topping?
@PlanningUsHealthy7 ай бұрын
Yes!! Definitely going to try that next time. I drizzle the syrup on my apples and PB2, so I'll try actually mixing it for the banana. Thanks so much!

I’m not a fan of pb 2 I just use reg peanut butter or Sun butter
@PlanningUsHealthy7 ай бұрын
I haven't heard of Sun butter. Is that a type of nut butter?
@toniaroche2057 ай бұрын
I seem to be in the minority but I like peanut butter powder made up with water and adding syrup to it instead doesn’t appeal at all. Peanut butter itself has never been worth the points for me.
@PlanningUsHealthy7 ай бұрын
I wish I could learn to like it that way! I LOVE peanut butter though. You're right though - it's tough on the points. I find if I just use 1 Tbsp on something, that's good. But that's sure hard to do. LOL
@nataliaspinelli97476 ай бұрын
Why does weight watchers use points instead of calories - at the end of the day for weight loss - calories is number ONE (not points) - second is protein - third is fiber and fourth is movement - so why the points? So weird
@PlanningUsHealthy6 ай бұрын
It's just a different way for people to count. It's definitely not for everyone though. Each person has to find the best way to track individually. But for some people, they don't like to count the nutrient dense things. WW factors in protein, fiber and everything into their points system. More nutrient dense foods are less points basically.
