Interesting info. Apparently, at least according to calflora.org, this plant also goes by the common name False Lily of the Valley. I've seen M. stellatum, but am not aware of having seen M. racemosum, although they are similar enough that I may have not noticed the difference.

Your videos are phenomenal! Any chance you might profile Black Cohosh or Pedicularis?

Thanks for your feedback. Actually, yes, I do plan to make a plant portrait for Black cohosh sometime this year. As for Pedicularis . . . that will be a while since I have just recently located a patch of the plant and it takes some time to follow a plant through its full life cycle.
