Spring is just around the corner and I cannot wait to share all the beautiful things with you! Today I am planting 1000 aviv ranunculus, 200 jumbo pastel ranunculus, and about 300 mixed anemone corms.

So very sorry for your loss Kim 😢. But please know that being a farmer is hard and loss of life is part of the life we live. My wife and I lost two baby goats this past summer to coccidiosis. We were very heartbroken . Please know that all of this is in God's plan for your life and I know that He will bless you with great blessings in your future farming endeavors. You are a wonderful, loving person Kim. Don't ever change. Stay passionate about your animals, flowers, vegetables and all that you do we would also like to see more of your cooking styles and share some of your recipes. God Bless you Kim and keep striving to be the best you can.

I just found your channel, so perhaps I shouldn't comment after only watching 2 videos, but.........I've definitely been in your shoes with the imposter syndrome. What's helped for me is to become aware of the thoughts I'm thinking and realizing that they are NOT FACTS. They're stories that I've accepted or perpetuated and I get to choose whether I want to keep them or change them. Becoming aware has been the absolute best thing. I've always been fairly self-aware (as you seem to be), so if you can hear the stories running in your mind and/or feel the tension in your body, you're a step ahead to remedying self-judgment. We get to change the script: from anxiety to excitement about sharing what we're passionate about; from perfection to curiosity about what we can learn today from failure.

sorry to hear about the calf :/ looking forward to seeing the ranunculus! I have 500 in my tunnel, but I got them super cheap and it shows. the corms were tiny so not sure how much vigor they'll have. considering fertilizing, but heard that may bring the aphids big time so holding off for now. as far as impostor syndrome, I feel it most with bouquet arranging and even the wrapping. spend way too much time sweating over the stem choices. especially silly since its for $20 market arrangements not some special orders.

When it comes to growing crops, remember you will have losses. We don't have to be perfect. You'll get what the universe has in store for you. That's okay. As long as you do what you can to help facilitate the growth of as many plants to healthy status.

maybe practice mindfulness 😊be mindful of negative or self- deprecating thoughts and do not go along with them say the opposite ( something positive ) you just have a bad practice so change it!😊 we can all see that you're really knowledgeable about farming, homesteading and shepherding animals just to name a few skills you possess😊 correct the negative with positive 😊
