I could not agree with you more in regards to social media, it is dangerous. I wonder what humans did before they were able to contact each other instantaneously? I wish people could put the phones down for a bit, you don't need to answer a phone call when you are in traffic or at a table in the restaurant. Today's Search Engines feed you information as quickly as you can type and they don't feed you a balance of opinions. World events are important to know about at some level, but a constant stream of bad news is not healthy for our minds.

I love your hair, it was my favorite style growing up and it still is today 😊. I’m an older man and (graduated HS in 1984) none of this technology was around or available. We still used landlines, wrote letters, rode bikes or drove to peoples houses to visit and talk or help them out. I only have KZbin, no other social media, because I love learning about people and things I wouldn’t otherwise know about. I think you’re spot on about the negative effects social media is having on all areas of our lives including our mental health. People can’t hold a decent conversation in-person anymore. Everything is done online, you don’t have to leave your house. I was raised working on a farm in Wisconsin (now I live in Indiana) and we didn’t have cell phones to record ourselves or make phone calls. I’ve fallen victim to the cell phone, social media….. but like you, I started about a year ago to delete all but KZbin and in the summer time I don’t use my phone but once a week for 3 months. I leave it at the house and either go fishing, working on projects, visiting people in person and going out to social gatherings. My outlook on life has improved significantly as has my overall health. Beautiful lady keep doing what you’re doing. Peace ✌️
