It’s so much fun seeing houseplant tours! I love the look of your golden pothos intertwined on the curtain rod much better than the single strand held on by plant clips along a wall. It just looks more natural. Beautiful collection!

I didn’t know other people recorded videos and never posted them! 😂 I love the windows in your kitchen. I have to laugh I was just looking at my propagation window and I heard myself say- oh no not another golden pothos! I just made 2 moss poles out of one hanging pot (neighbor kid and I are going to compete until fair time to see who gets bigger leaves) and I put the leftover pieces back in the pot and still have a full plant!

Hello, from Kyiv Ukraine! I am subscribed. Most of us will never have the collection like Sidney Plant Guy. And don't get me wrong, I love his chanel, but it is so interesting to see how a smaller plant collectors like me do worldwide. You plant collection is not big, but interesting to see. I have just one or two plants that are same with yours, so everything is new and interesting to me. I would love to have a Baltic Blue Potos, but can't find it somwhy. May be they sell it here under some other name. Your Manjula and Hoyas are 🤩 And I also use not growlights but led light lamps. It is 4 times cheaper and easy to replace. All of my plants love it. Good luck!
@TheRedneckRainforest9 ай бұрын
Yes I don't think I could keep up with taking care of a large collection like that! Not sure about the Baltic Blue, but a regular epipremnum pinnatum would be quite similar. And yes LED shop lights are the way to go when it comes to grow lights, so much cheaper! Thank you so much for watching 🥰

I love your planty origin story! Also the look on your face when you say you don't have a plant room, but you have them "all over my house" was adorably funny- just a flash of "they've taken over, heeelp!" 😂

Tradescantia need to be refreshed every two years, i.e. grown again from cuttings. That's how they roll. The lower leaves always seen to dry up. Expecting anything else from them is just asking to be slapped in the face by disappointment 😅

Great first video! Mistakes are fun and we love it! One tip is instead of sitting in front of the window put the camera I front of the window and film facing the natural light ❤️ For the video that means you may want to move plants more into the center of the room away from the super bright light and windows for filming away from the windows. Your Manjula Pothos is GORGEOUS

I just had to laugh when you said the bain of my existence and object of my desire. I feel that so hard. I have tried to grow house plants and they all died. I took a break and tried growing a vegetable garden and spent lots of money putting it together and barely anything grew. When things get stressful I'd just like something beautiful to look at but it all just dies and makes me sad. I feel like I'm just wasting money on plants that may die. Still hoping for the best with my new ones.🙏
