hello, how can i increase my plant utilization on balance scorecard without selling capacity? I won’t risk it and sell capacity and at the same time i cant increase my production since im getting an emergency loan every round because of excessive inventory on hand... please help🙏

6:54, you said that we need to be in-between the lines, but we have a lot of inventory left, is it ok in that case to produce less than base capacity?

Sure, you can produce less than base capacity if you want. However, your goal should be to use about 180% of your capacity. That means that you are running two shifts worth of work. This helps you buy much, much less capacity.

Ok thank you, i just calculated that and turned out that w are on 57.14% for plant utilisation which gets us 0 credit but will it be in reality this much? Or does it defer due to the market forces? ( PS: we sold 300 worth of capacity) In one of the Proforma we have about (56 000) accumulated depreciation for round 1 so i think this is related to productivity? We did not receive that much instructions about the game so its all confusing to my team and i right now...
