Hiya... returning to this post.... as I've got Plantar Fasciitis again.... and this time I'm listening to my body and have deferred my Ultra for another year..... serious heel pain this time and after 3 weeks its still painful... ps I can do pistol squats but can't run further that 3 miles..... so taking it super easy, no distances and ice pack.... lots of elevation too

Thanks for mentioning the warning signs of impending Plantar Fascistic such as tightness first thing in the morning. I've been having muscle spasms along the bottom of my foot lately when I get up, and now I can pay attention to it before it gets a lot worse.

thanks! The wall lean is really making my foot sore after just a few reps. I'm running in a marathon next month and am really trying to stay on top of the PF before it gets worse. Been experiencing the pain for about a month now, first time for me.

Sorry to hear you're experiencing pain. While pulling in the wall lean, make sure you're kissing the ground with your heels every time. It's common, while in the fall angle, to run on our toes, instead of still maintaining contact with the forefront of our foot to the ground. Check that out and see if that's what is happening.

There are many factors in plantar foot treatment. One place I discovered which succeeds in merging these is the Rohon foot care (check it out on google) without a doubt the no.1 remedy that I've seen.Check out all the incredible information .

The Run Experience Guys Tq for all these videos. Just want to ask is pain around the achilles areas consider plantar faciitis? Had similar problem when waking up from bed or even after long sitting - acute pain. Any suggestion how to overcome this? or what is shown in this video is good enough.

This could be more of an achilles tendinitis issue - often related to tight calves. Make sure you're rolling out and stretching those calves daily!

The Run Experience. OK guys. I will do that. Already doing heel raises on flat and wearing night splint. Previously doing eccentric heel drops on stairs but someone told me I should avoid this since I'm having more of a insertional achilles pain

Nice test there and I know I would't have been able to do the pistol squats two days ago... so strength and stability is returning! (Big worry I have a 1/2 marathon in 3 weeks)... can I run for 2 hours with Plantar Fasciitis for that length of time ?

We never recommend running while in pain, it's best to recover first so that your injury does not become worse.

Is there someone that has found in all the intresting video's on you tube that had elemenated the pain in your foot. I do'nt see any agreement of the cause of plantar fasciitis.Two opinions the first it is not the foot, the real cause sits elsware, and then the next question what can cause te plantar fasciitis. Second plantar fasciitis is something in your foot that went wrong and an inflamation appears. Please give me the wright solution, while this is realy painfull and it is impossible to run
