No. How long do you work out? 1-2hrs. Its interesting that I notice people are offended by some of my lifestyle changes and try to convince me to continue doing what theyre doing..even though I have actual proof that theres a better way. Hearing the doctor say he doesnt eat his first meal until later afternoon just gives me confirmation that I havent been wrong all of these years. Im 37yrs old, 6’, and weigh 200lbs. At the age of twenty four I came to Yahwe and the faith in the Seventh Day Adventist movement. Am born and bred SDA and was a vegetarian for 14 and half years but was never in good health- being blessed with enough resources I had all the vegetables and fruits I needed, jogged 10km drank plenty of water but I was the only one sick in my family. My husband and children were in good health but had issues of very excruciating shoulder pains, shortness of breath suffered terrible menopause symptoms; all that disappeared when I changed my diet to meat eating- eating grass fed red meat and with zero processed meat and no gluten; my cholesterol levels are better than when I was vegetarian and yet I eat eggs every day which I never did when I was vegetarian since growing up as an SDA we were told to not eat more than 2 eggs a week. I love beans and legumes but each time I eat them my shoulder pains return- so now I stay away from a lot of grains except millet and nuts. Red meat heals me; my triglycerides, glucose levels and blood pressure amazing. Turning 60 now and all my markers are very good. My memory has improved since I started haven’t lots of healthy fats like avos, eggs and butter. I believe there is no such thing as perfect diet for everyone- each individual should eat what heals them- however processed foods are bad for everyone. I believe it’s about a lot of carbs and making sure you are metabolic healthy and in particular your glucose levels must be in acceptable range.

This man is handsome, well spoken, intelligent and WISE enough to hold onto FAITH IN GOD. ❤❤❤❤ I am now 100% fruit and nuts most days...some days I have a treat: veggies or my new candy: cooked veggies. THE DIFFERENCE HAS BEEN PHENOMENAL. I use the My Fitness Pal app which breaks down micros, macros, nutrients and calories and I love seeing a simple day of a green smoothie and grapes with 1,200 calories not only filled me up, energized me, healed me, but I look at the nutrient breakdown in the app and it is like 'You took in 300% of your Vitamin A, 125% of your Pottasium, 350% of your Vitamin C...' I take no supplements anymore and I feel stronger and better every day. Just know, I was going down hill quick: high blood pressure, enlarged thryoid goiter, skin rashes, nose bleeds, leg swelling, joint pain, rheumatoid arthritis ...all at 52. I just remembered the scrupture that says 'God gave us all seed bearing fruit for food'...then stumbled across a few fruitarian videos and a light bulb went off. 💡 No medicines: I just simplified my food to fruit, veggies, seeds and nuts and it all started to fix itself. Scripture says he gave us the green stuff for healing, so I make a lot of teas with no rhyme or reason...I will make a tea from thyme leaves one day, rosemary the next, sage the next because Scriptures say 'the leaves heal...the fruits nourish'. That Bible is the answer to ALL THINGS. 📍 PRAISE JAH! I REALLY AM GETTING BETTER AND BETTER EACH DAY!

This is very informative. Thank you. I was B-12 deficient on a meat based diet, so supplements were already art of the equation for me.

If we tallk about a biblical based diet, you'll find that there is a mixture of vegetables, fruits, nuts, and clean meats from clean animals.

Talk about the original biblical based diet?

Yes but clean meats were introduced after death entered the world. Meat is not God’s ideal for us but He allowed it

FYI, Ellen White, who has also shaped Adventist tradition on health and diet, did advocate some use of milk and eggs for those who didn’t have access to adequate plant based food (or the case of someone with pernicious anemia ) but the word-for-word caveat was that the answer animals “were well cared for” - not even close to industrialized animal based food. She did state, however that animal based products would not be safe at some point and that transition to an entirely plant based diet would be necessary. As much as I resisted going along with that, I would eventually have to acknowledge that her words have aged quite well in fact. And her approach was entirely wholistic, encompassing much more than diet.

The way I love dairy products, I honestly think it’s time I stop eating them altogether. Sugar I can stop completely together with salt.

I feel so much better when I eat an organic WFPB diet. My gut feels better and less bloated. My brain feels more clear. I know this is the way God wants us to eat. I’m also SDA.

I feel as he does, i.e., rhat being on social media is "showing off." Some Tik Tok videos are so arrogant I scroll past as rapidly as possible.
