Well thats the problem... You cant really eat on plant base diet. Because most of it is empty calories, useless fiber that we cant break down, plant toxins, and nutrients which we can barely absorb. Unless you scooping on man made protein powder. Good luck. I do not care about your religious beliefs. Keep them to yourselfs.

U need to groe ur own vegetables. The land we grow veggies on year after year are stripped of nutrients and we only put maybe 10 outta the 80 someth8ng types of nutrients we could add back into the dirt

Sorry dude alot if people cant handle sugar and grain then others domt do well with most plants. If you were wise you would give advice that would encourage people to find what kind of food makes them feel best. To do that you need to strip everything out except meat for atkeast 2-4 weeks until your negative symptoms go away or reduce greatly then add something back 1 thing at a time it takes a few days to know if its positive or negative, write it all down and go on to the next thing. If you knew Makayla Petersons heath story you would agree but you didnt bother to investigate you just simply regurgitated someone elses dietary advice.

I feel so inspired by both of you. I've been sick for long, wrestled with obesity, autoimmune illnesses and no doctor has helped me. I've tried every diet and feel so helpless and tired of feeling like walking dead.

Veganism is not a diet but a moral philosophy. Look up the exact definition of veganism and you will see that it has absolutely nothing to do with health. On the other hand, I agree that health is also important, so being vegan while having a good diet that is as unprocessed as possible is, in my opinion, more than reasonable, it's just common sense.

Sugar is not the enemy. Fat (animal products, oils, nuts, nut butters, seeds, avocado, tofu) all high in fat causing insulin sensitivity. Cut them out and you will again be able to eat some sugar. I went low fat whole food plant based and lost 65 pounds and reversed my heart disease and diabetes on scans and tests.

I enjoy lentils, but I also enjoy meat. I am in favor of increasing the world production of food and especially for the poor. I do draw the line of using herbicides, like roundup. Producing cheaper food, but possibly creating health problems...like cancer...is not the answer. Stop making the herbicide companies rich and poisoning the land.

I dropped significant amount of seed oils consumption this year. So far my benefit i have notice is 1. I can run faster without even exercising 2. My mood is better i stop being mad for little things 3. My hair stop receding 4. I can sleep instantly 5. I stop feeling fatigue when i wake up 6. My bodys fat distribution is balanced and i have leaned out again i haven't even truely excerised 7. I can taste food constantly unlike before were i would have periods of not being able to taste anything. 8. Also my see men now looks creamy unlike before where it look like a bunch of tiny beads. By the way i even increased my fat intake but instead of consuming seed oils i replaced it with animal fats.

Theres a chemical in legumes (beans) that blocks the bodies ability to absorb minerals, lentils are part of the legume family. HARD PASS. FYI peanuts are the legumes that are the worst offenders in regards to blocking the bodies ability to absorb minerals.

True, but you have to eat tons of legumes, like 4 plates a day 400 g each, a full plate medium sized. For people with good stomach capacity it comes in perfect, but what about small guys who don't have a lot of space in their stomach, i know that there is even strong men going vegan, 1 only actually.

If we are ‘meant to be’ vegans and plant-eaters, answer me this: Why have purely vegan diets led to severe malnutrition, stunted growth, lower I.Q.s-and even death-in babies and children? Why have vegan parents been convicted of manslaughter after their children died from nutrient deficient vegan diets that failed to include essential-for-life meat-sourced nutrients like B12 and DHA? The fact that every vegan MUST rely on synthetic, lab-produced nutritional supplements to avoid nutrient deficiencies and LIVE negates any claim that a vegan diet is an optimal or natural human diet. If a diet cannot sustain life without artificial supplementation, it is by definition incomplete-and far from optimal. Get over yourselves already. Eat a damn steak! You know you want to. *wink*

Primates must eat up to FORTY POUNDS OF PLANTS daily to meet their nutritional needs! In contrast, we humans thrive on incredibly nutrient-dense and calorie-rich cooked foods-ESPECIALLY MEATS-which provide critical nutrients like all essential amino acids, complete proteins, B12, heme iron, and DHA, all necessary for brain growth. This shift allowed us to fuel the growth of our BIG BRAIN and gave us the energy to develop tools, language, and social systems-making us the dominant species on this planet. And vegans want us to go backwards! It is an intentional lie for a nutritionist, or a nutritionally educated doctor, to claim that we can get adequate nutrition from plants alone. Meat is undeniably the most nutrient-dense and calorie-rich-and calorie-dense and nutrient-rich-food we can eat. It provides irreplaceable, life-essential nutrients like B12, heme iron, and DHA-all of which plants completely lack. No plant, vegetable, tuber, fruit, or nut can match the comprehensive nutrition that meat delivers. Put that in your air fryer and roast it.

BUT…our digestive systems are completely different from gorillas and orangutans. They have to eat up to FORTY POUNDS of plant matter DAILY to meet their nutrient needs because their digestive system, including their large cecum, is specifically designed to ferment fiber and convert it into usable energy. WE CAN’T DO THAT! We have a cecum that's even smaller than in chimps, which, although omnivores, eat much more plant matter than meat. And notice, Dr. Bernard did NOT deny the natural toxins in the plants Dr. Chaffee mentioned. Plants may not be able to kill us but it's not for lack of trying!

This video misinterpreted the reference ranges of the results. And Chase's description of the issue he felt on the diet change are a reflection of his low leptin issues that are underscored in the blood work presented. Clearly biased information attempting to promote one diet over the other without looking at facts.
