Looks really nice. I’m pretty familiar with growing Christmas trees . Nothing better during Christmas season. Probably a good idea to have insurance on your trees when you get into it big time. A drought can cause the trees to falter. 🌲🌲🌲

Good luck! I got a Sleeve Academy marketing email and thought I'd look you up. I first started watching your videos during the COVID-19 pandemic. I weighed 230 pounds then and thought, 'oh no. Of all times in my life to have let myself get fat.' The coughing and weak muscles there would have done me in. But fortunately, I stayed COVID free during that time. So you are right about having long-term goals for yourself. I started dieting in February 2023 and have since lost weight, today I'm nearing the 50 pound loss marker, and what's worked for me is intermittent fasting, and a combination of KETO, plus a sports pasta diet occasionally, and a low fat diet mostly always. The extra weight was killing my knees, plus I have diabetes, sleep apnea, high blood pressure, arthritis, and epilepsy. I fell and broke the top of my tibia because when I fell, I was overweight - I lost my balance and gravity just kept pulling me down from a fall where I usually would have been able to jump and catch myself. It felt weird to be that out of control. I heard a old friend I had known in college had died from COVID, so I was off balance, anyway. I myself have since have COVID, so I'm basically (but selectively) fearless now. I'm fixing up a 100+ year-old house of which I've inherited 25%. That burns some calories, too! What finally got me in gear to lose weight was asking myself why I was carrying around these extra pounds when I didn't have to. Thank you for all your medical and inspirational advice. Sorry that I wrote a book. Thanks again and good luck on your Christmas tree farm endeavor - :)
