Fun! I’ve lived in SC for 11yrs and every year I look at agaves telling myself..go ahead and get one..ok maybe this year😂said I wasn’t going to buy anything else.. finish “all” planting before our really hot temps begin..tomorrow is Saturday..a good day to scout out the garden centers👍

I am definitely adding an agave in my urn that's held purple fountain grass each summer - I was so ready for a change and didn't know what to do - Kaleb to the rescue!

The first agave looks like a agave vilmoriniana or octopus agave. Here in South Texas l have a few in the yard.

How do you keep your grass so beautiful? I just found out if you plant snake Toung or mother-in-law's Toung that snakes stay away is that true for agave as well? Everything looks beautiful.

Be careful with the agave I got poke with one 15 years ago and still get inflammation like 3 time a year on the side of the injury...

You look for ways to not drive on grass! Hubs drives his pickup all over my grass and no matter how many times I ask him not to do that, he disregards me because he is convinced it doesn’t hurt the grass.
