Beautiful land you have acquired . Alachua County , Gainesville farmers markets (different ones in different locations every day) all have a plethora of organic growers. Lots of varieties of hot peppers and every other fruit/vegetable. Alligators don't want your cattle ... they have plenty to eat that is easy to catch . Fish, birds, snakes etc ... in general they don't move unless they are motivated.

Going to be exciting to compare your place with our new Food forest which I decided I will start next week. This way will have a comparison. Our soil is sand also. The big difference we have owned this property for 3 years and obviously zero poisons in that time. But it’s only been grazed so far.

Are those cayenne peppers or thai red hot chili peppers? I want some spicey peppers like that and I live pretty close to Ocala as well
