Beautiful property, right there. Don't think those spruce trees would like the heat down here in Florida. I just love your drone shots of the valley!

Good thing that you are loosening the burlap around the root ball. 👍

I'd like to know, are these trees still alive and thriving? Or did they bite the dust? Just curious.

@Bad Santa Ah, another prepubescent comment, and an illiterate one at that. So, do tell, was your comment a sarcastic joke intending to portray the opinion of an idiot, or was it an opinion of an actual idiot? I mean, that question was asked almost a year ago by the OP and you just decided to chime in and exhibit your immaturity and prepubescence now? Lol! Seek help Mr. 'DIABEETUS'.

@@nebtheweb8885 The original comment was passive aggressive and not really constructive at all. The response was appropriately barbed, I thought. Also diabeetus is the phonetic common usage for Wilford Brimley’s pronunciation. God rest his soul. Get with it, man.

you should consider saving yourself some time and keep the wire basket and burlap around the root ball. Cut the burlap off the top of the root ball only. seeing that root ball fall apart like that made me cringe. Those tiny roots don't have a chance. I hope they make it.

@jeanmorin 4 жыл бұрын
You are exactly right, that's how the professionals do it... you do not want to disturb the root system at all. BTW, this is not criticism of Andrew, he seems to just go along with what these landscapers (amateurs) are doing. Still good video from Andrew... as always.

wish you lived a LOT closer, we have 3 Tall Old Pine trees that are heavy BUT the original owner of our home planted them all too close to the house and thus the roots are digging into the foundation, so NOW Paul and I are left with having to try and remove them next spring, by ourselves. Being disabled seniors, it will not be easy and will take us both several days to do, but rather get rid of the trees than more damage to our home..

Thanks for the information! Lot of cash to drop, but they are a nice size, so I guess you pay for that! I wonder how well the survival rate is? You think they'll take off okay? I was looking into some pines, just much smaller in size to save some cash. Thanks again!

For sure, yeah, advertising is a waste of time. Website and business cards, the best way. Maybe some kind of referral deals. I've done that before and it seems to work! Glad you're staying busy! Oh and maybe get some cool tee shirts made up...? That would be neat!

Excellent video, but you need narration. Remember, you are telling a story. I felt while watching it that I was viewing a silent movie. Narration fills in the blanks and helps weave a compelling story.
