I just made my own dove field. I followed your videos last year on your field. My field is about 1/3 acre and the sprouts are growing nicely.

I planted a field for the first time this year after watching your series from last year. I couldn’t get my friends to understand bird seed is seed and will grow.

Cool, I planted my Clearfield Sunflowers on May 1st. I used a pre-emergent too. I'm literally, right now, uploading a video of my dove proso millet planting. My field will be browntop millet, sunflowers and dove proso millet. I'm hoping the sunflowers really help to bring the birds in. I enjoyed your dove hunting series last year and I'm looking forward to this year's videos.

I got a late start on mine last year and didn’t plant until the 20th of may and the sunflowers didn’t start to dry and die until the third week of September, I planted on May 12th this year hoping for better results, the weather also held me back from getting a early plant, mine are now an inch and a half tall

You guys experiment with any pre-emergent herbicides? Dual magnum mixed with spartan worked decent for me.

Curious how your Clearfield's turned out? Been looking for an update but maybe I missed it. You have dynamite soil up there

Wonder if a lot of the seed will get eaten before it can grow
