Viridiflora: Formosa yellow, Green Star, Spring Green. Blue Ameable purple heritage variety. La Belle Epoque. These are late. Verona white scented. Mount Tacoma white, These are late. Here in Germany I heard that Exotic Emperor comes back nicely.

Thank you Kathryn - very interesting and informative. I adore tulips too - but like most places they are quite expensive here in NZ. At the moment I have my last flush blooming - a gorgeous stand of red tulips which are complimented by the Phacelia which is blooming around them. It's just getting light here and I shudder to think what the garden will look like today - we too have had storms over the last 2 days. Take care and happy planting xx

Oh gosh! The weather here has been lovely by contrast but the storms the other day were torrential! I am growing phacelia too - looking like small seedlings right now - thanks for your lovely comment as always Jacinta 👋

Lilac perfection, purple lady, white dream, blue amiable, orange princess, Saint petersburg are a few. Have ordered lots of different ones to trial this year. Will be a busy weekend getting all the bulbs planted.
