Hey just the Voyager 5200uc which came with the charging case. I'm having trouble charging it in the case. When in the case I dont get the 3 blue lights indicating the headset is charging or the battery status. I do get the status of the case battery level. Also in the plantronics hub app. It doesn't show its charging in the case only when I use the USB cable. Any information is appreciated thanks

Same problem here! It is VERY strange and annoying for the price of this thing. When the case is plugged in via USB it will not charge the headset. if I push the headset to the right in the charge case, my computer makes all kinds of notification noises and it will start to charge, but it's very unstable and will quickly fail. If I unplug the charge case it charges just fine. Update, SOLVED! The stupid thing doesn't work plugged into computer USB, need to be plugged into USB connected to an outlet. :facepalm:

Hi Joe, I have a a PLT Voyage version, that on and off bottom is not working, when I turn on, doesn’t stay on, it switched back to off, can that be repair?

Hi Joe! I drive semi trucks and have used the Voyager 5200 UC for about 2 years until i started having charging problems. I bought 4 more recently - the problem is that NONE of the "newer" versions have noise cancelling that can handle the inside of the truck while im driving. Is there something with the newer versions that they "skimped" out on as far as the internals which would be causing the lack of audio quality? Also, can you repair my older version?

if this only covers one ear, why does noise cancelling matter?

@@StoatCS2 because the noise cancelling doesn't cut out the noise around you so the person on the other end of the call hears a garbled mess.

I've never had an issue with the plug in charge. It's the contact charge that fails. My last one never worked off the case after the initial charge and the headset died in only a few months. I just bought a new one. Fresh out of the box, it won't connect to the case off either the inside or outside connection. Makes me wonder if I just bought another 3 month headset. My first one lasted two years despite sweat and rain so I wanted to stay with it. Now here I am two for two failures. Plantronics used to be awesome but now I'm not impressed. Time to find another brand. Any suggestions out there?

he fact that it is not sold here in Brazil, as it is very expensive, so there is nothing about it here and I am in trouble, help me please
i have a newer version of this headset for work and it features a contact charging port. it is the WORST design choice I have ever seen. 80% of the time it doesn't charge due to lack of sufficient contact. imagine working in the Service Desk industry where your job is to be on the phone with clients and you put your headset on the morning only for it to tell you you have 1-3 hrs of talk time instead of "Battery high" which is about 8hrs charge.

when i bought the Voyager 5200 I charged it using my iphone's charging adaptor , I feel like that was a mistake because it seems like its not getting a full charge from the charging case that I just received
