I only water mine once a month - I let it sit in cool water in the sink for an hour so the moss and bark can soak up the water. Then let it thoroughly drain before putting the drainage/nursery pot back into the decorative pot. My flowers last for MONTHS and are plentiful. My coworker gave me this advice as the orchid was a gift and I am a total brown thumb.

If I were you, I would up that watering to twice a month And question you don’t water it differently depending on if it’s summer or winter because probably once a month during the winter time is fine but during the summertime, you don’t notice that it’s need for water intake is higher/greater?

Apply Keiki paste on the flower spike areas and new orchids, more blooms or a combo will come out of each flower spike. They will be clones of the mother plant too! Also don't forget to use Orchid fertilizer on your plant. The orchid spray works really well 💚🪴🍀🍃🌵🌱🌿

Most Bonsai need partial sunlight.(some direct sun and some shade) It can come inside for decoration but it’s not exactly a houseplant.
