📹 I agree with you about the money. The revenue goal belongs in the month where the funds are received however, you could have a count of sales goal that could be in the month of December if you were interested.

🎥I would like to hear more about the task block goal. I do HB90 too and I am a writer - but I don't write in sprints the way Sarra Cannon does so I am interested in other ways to approach the time blocking / task block element of the planning system.

Hi! Sorry for the delayed response! Since my daughter was born, I always found myself doing the bare minimum in my business and none of the extra projects/growth related things. Even if I had help with her or she was napping. To combat that, I started setting a task block goal where I have a goal for the quarter for the number of task blocks I want to work on my business. 📹 considering Sam's career, he may be considering what he will need to claim on taxes as his revenue, but I've never had my own business, so i don't know if you'll have to count what is coming in as "taxable income" for 2024, but that feels like how I would look at it, especially in December
