I was trying to did a tdr with aerial technique and it was terrible. With valdez technique it took me 5 attempts and I did it :). At sixth attempt I did tdr s/t gainer so yes it's working :). Thanks a lot Kyle :)

How to get to top comments: 1- Don't write meaningless comments like "hi" 2- Write something only when you feel like it's actually worth it. Don't try to write a comment just for likes when you know you have nothing in mind. 3- Write a comment because you like your idea and you want to share it, not because you want people to like you. 4- Write something that people relate to, like, "who else ... ?" 5- Comment early. The earlier you comment from the time of the video upload, the more likely people are going to view your comment. 6- You better like this comment!

Omg, you u just helped me so much right now with the whole Valdez concept. If I can do Valdez from standing and sitting down, then TDR looks doable for me now. Thankx mister. And No, your TDR does NOT look ugly.
@tylermiller54715 жыл бұрын
That “extra step” is how I do mine too. Really helps but I do more of a high back kick, the momentum of your leg coming down through the swing will have you doing these without even a touch down.
@trampotrav43504 жыл бұрын
Wow that tip about adding the extra steps actually really helped
@rocketego11714 жыл бұрын
Nice tutorial. I took what you said to heart and I learned TDR both aerial and Valdez style, and Valdez style generates way more power, since the backwards momentum allows me to generate a lot of speed, where aerial style kept me floating in the air for too long.

Important Question: Why does it feel like I get an electrical shock at the back of my head when doing TD Raiz ? 😰 My theory is when I do the move I try to spot the ground over my shoulder too quick and basically hurt my neck by turning too fast and that cause the shock ? How can I fix this please 😰
@mentalityoverall92504 жыл бұрын
Gideo Vamers probably when your arm hits the ground you pinch a nerve, or when you're looking too fast at too much of and angle like you stated
